Delivery and Collection Times

For home addresses, non hired venues and unmanned items

Our standard delivery and and collection times are:-

Delivery between 7am and 12 noon,

Collection between 4pm and 7pm.

After this time we offer an overnight service for an additional £30 providing the area is totally secure, i.e 6ft fences and locked gates.

For hired venues and halls

We take down your access and event timings and work your delivery and collection within these times. We highly recommend having at least an hour access either side of your event, however we will accept a minimum of 30 mins. For non-manned items your delivery and collection times need to be between 7am and 7pm

A great addition to our hire fleet is our bouncy castle and side combo which, after a number of requests from our customers across Leicester, Coventry, Derby, Nottingham, Northampton, requesting an open combo so they could fully see the little ones playing but with also the added benefit and enjoyment of a slide too. You will need to make sure that you've got enough room for this inflatable as it is slightly larger than our other combo units. This inflatable is part of the popular celebration theme and it's great for any occasion or celebration with our digital printed artwork of fireworks and balloons.

This inflatable is PIPA tested. We also hold public liability as well as product and employers liability insurance. Our efforts are focused on nothing more than your safety, which is why all of our castles are tested annually to meet BSEN 14960:2013 standards.

For all our children's bouncy castles you need at least an extra 3ft in width and 6ft in length on top of the inflatable size in order to be able to secure the unit down safely and correctly and to ensure you have space for the blower and matting to the front

All our equipment must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years old, they must also ensure the maximum number of users by height guidelines are followed as below:
