Delivery and Collection Times

For home addresses, non hired venues and unmanned items

Our standard delivery and and collection times are:-

Delivery between 7am and 12 noon,

Collection between 4pm and 7pm.

After this time we offer an overnight service for an additional £30 providing the area is totally secure, i.e 6ft fences and locked gates.

For hired venues and halls

We take down your access and event timings and work your delivery and collection within these times. We highly recommend having at least an hour access either side of your event, however we will accept a minimum of 30 mins. For non-manned items your delivery and collection times need to be between 7am and 7pm

PLEASE NOTE ALL INFLATABLES NEED TO BE PLACED ON REAL GRASS OUTDOORS ONLY AND CAN ONLY GO ON HARD SURFACES INDOORS

So you've probably chosen the inflatables that you want and are ready to book but wait, what if you don't have power?

Not to worry! Bouncy Kings have got you covered! When you don't have a power supply within 50 meters of where your want your equipment, generator hire is exactly where you want to go. We can provide these for all of our inflatables, however the amount and size may vary for some larger items. The 6KVA generator can power up to 3 blowers and keep your event going while you use the equipment.

These generators do run off either unleaded or diesel and will last upto 6 hours; but for events that are slightly longer you may want to consider re fueling them at intervals. Information on how long generators will last, what type of generator you have and if you will need to re fuel them can be found out by giving our office a call on {BKPHONE}.

Please note that generators cannot be hired out on their own and can only be done so with our inflatable equipment. If you do wish to go ahead and book generator hire, please select it from the extras menu of our online booking system.
