Delivery and Collection Times

For home addresses, non hired venues and unmanned items

Our standard delivery and and collection times are:-

Delivery between 7am and 12 noon,

Collection between 4pm and 7pm.

After this time we offer an overnight service for an additional £30 providing the area is totally secure, i.e 6ft fences and locked gates.

For hired venues and halls

We take down your access and event timings and work your delivery and collection within these times. We highly recommend having at least an hour access either side of your event, however we will accept a minimum of 30 mins. For non-manned items your delivery and collection times need to be between 7am and 7pm

PLEASE NOTE ALL INFLATABLES NEED TO BE PLACED ON REAL GRASS OUTDOORS ONLY AND CAN ONLY GO ON HARD SURFACES INDOORS

Q What age group are didi cars suitable for?

A Didicar's are suitable for children over 30 months (2.5 years old) right up to adult!! They have a maximum user weight of 100kg (220 lbs) so everyone can have a go.

Q What sort of surface do I need for the Didicar's to work best?

A Didi cars can be used on most surfaces, however they do work best on hard, flat, smooth surface indoors and out. This includes tarmac, paved areas and other open areas.

Q Where can didi cars be used?

A Didi cars can be used in most open spaces on the right surface as mentions above. These can include village halls, patios, driveways, in the home so anywhere you have a suitable surface.

Q What colour didi cars will I get?

A We currently hire out six different coloured didi car's. They are red, blue, green, yellow, purple and pink. We also do a girly pink didi car set.

Q There are two sets of wheels but one pair don't touch the floor?

A This is correct, the second pair is an anti tipping set to ensure maximum safety

Q What are didi cars and how do they work?

A Didi cars are a self propelled ride on toy suitable for both children's and adult's. They work by using the weight of the user and by turning the wheel two sets of wheels underneath work against each other and provide the motion. They can go forward or backwards and require not batteries, fuels, pedals, chain or gears, so simple to use.
